But not just any knife organizer will solve your problems. Many designs leave your knife blades poking out of the blocks or shooting out the back when you close your drawer. This not only poses a hazard for you and your drawer, but it can also dull your knives over time. That's definitely not what we're looking for in a knife block.

Thankfully, Noble Home & Chef has taken all of these factors into consideration when designing their in-drawer knife block. We have recently updated our design by deepening the steak knife slots, making it much easier to retrieve the knives. We have also widened the larger knife slots to accommodate knives with thicker spines. We constantly strive to innovate our design based on customer suggestions to ensure a great customer experience.

Our knife organizer has an angled base that prevents the knife points from sticking up out of the block. The knives are securely tucked in the organizer and won't shoot out when you close the drawer. The carved slots on top make it easier to retrieve your steak knives, while the larger knives are well-spaced so you can easily grab their handles. The knives lay flat and won't block your drawer from opening.

You can trust the materials used in our knife block. We use renewable MOSO Bamboo, which is the hardest bamboo wood available, ensuring safe storage for your knives. Our knife block is FDA, SGS, and LFGB certified, meeting and exceeding the most stringent safety standards.

The dimensions of our knife block are designed to fit standard size drawers (17" Long x 11.25" Wide x 2" High). The upper 8 knife slots accommodate steak knives up to 9.25" Long, including the handle. The lower 8 knife slots accommodate larger knives up to 16" Long, including the handle.

If you want to quickly organize your kitchen drawers, replace that finger-hazard knife drawer with our upscale knife organizer. Our 2-story design allows you to store 12 knives in a compact space. Your knives will remain sharper for longer, securely resting in our hard bamboo knife block, instead of sliding around loosely in the drawer or in alternate drawer organizer designs without angled handle rest.

We chose MOSO Bamboo specifically for our knife blocks because it is the hardest bamboo wood available and highly resistant to indentations. Bamboo also has less tendency to shrink and swell compared to other strong woods, making it a greener alternative. Bamboo has the ability to absorb up to 5 times as much carbon dioxide, produce up to 35% more oxygen, and grow up to 5 times faster than trees, making it better for the environment.
