Polypropylene is an excellent material for handling and conveying food products. It is widely recognized for its suitability in food applications. Additionally, polypropylene is highly versatile and can be used in agriculture as well as in contact with various industrial fluids. The material's temperature tolerance allows for its use in low temperature food equipment applications, such as food service steamers and proofers, where temperatures can reach up to 221˚F (105˚C).

This polypropylene-based product has received several approvals, including CE, UL, and NSF certifications. Its electrical ratings are as follows: 120 VAC, 0.12A; 100 VDC, 0.10A; 24 VDC, 0.30A; and 12 VDC, 0.30A. The stem and float materials are both made of polypropylene, ensuring durability and reliability. The float specific gravity (SG) is measured at 0.60.

To ensure convenient installation, the lead wires are 24" long and 22 AWG in size, with Teflon insulation. The maximum pressure and temperature this product can withstand is 50 PSI and 221˚F (105˚C), respectively. It can be easily mounted using a 3/8-16 UNC.

The switch rating is 15 Watts, with a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) configuration. It is important to note that these switches are specifically designed for resistive loads.
