The traditional forging methods of YONG XIN SWORD include Heat Tempering or Clay Tempering, ensuring the blades are full tang and can be easily disassembled and assembled. Most fittings, such as Tsubas, are made of brass, copper, iron, or alloy, depending on the specific Tsuba. The handles and Sayas (Scabbards) are made of wooden materials, with most handles covered in rayskin and Japanese cotton Ito.

Each sword is handmade and hand-sharpened to create a perfect blade that is extremely sharp and functional. The Full Tang design, sharp edge, and wooden handle wrapped with rayskin and black cotton cord with Menuki make our swords both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
